Requires an immense amount of bright, filtered, indirect light. Intense ambient light encourages the plant to maintain its white coloration rather than reverting to green. However, avoid putting it in harsh, direct midday sun, which will instantly scorch and dry out the sensitive white tissue.

Plant it in an exceptionally chunky, aerated, and porous aroid substrate (equal parts coco coir, orchid bark, perlite, and charcoal). Allow the top 2 to 3 inches of soil to completely dry out before watering again. Overwatering causes immediate root rot, which manifests as brown or black melting patches right on the beautiful white sectors.
