Aloe kedongensis develops into an impressive multi-stemmed perennial shrub. It branches freely from its base to form heavy clumps of semi-upright or sprawling stems that can stretch up to 4 meters (13 feet) long over time. Each stem is topped with a tight rosette of slender, bright green, deeply recurved leaves that lack spots when mature. Genetically, it belongs to a fascinating cluster of East African tetraploid aloes.
