Adromischus is a small slow-growing succulent shrub constricted at the base, variable in size up to up to10 cm tall with many thin and very short branches.

Use a fast-draining, gritty medium soil.

Wait until the soil is completely dry before watering. Water deeply every 10 to 14 days during their active growing season (spring and autumn). Reduce watering to once every 3 to 4 weeks in winter, or when the plant enters dormancy.

They love bright light. Provide at least 2 hours of direct sunlight, or 7–12 hours of bright indirect/grow-light. This keeps their markings vivid and prevents the plant from stretching out (etiolation).
