Soak your 5 seeds in lukewarm water (mixed with a tiny pinch of fungicide if available) for 2 to 4 hours to wake them up from dormancy.
Fill a small seedling tray or pot with a highly draining mix. A 50/50 mix of washed coarse river sand and coco peat works best. Ensure the container has plenty of drainage holes.
Lay the seeds horizontally (flat) on top of the moist medium. Do not bury them deep. Cover them with a very thin layer (about 2–3 millimeters) of coco peat or sand just to keep them dark and moist.
Spray the top gently with water. Cover the pot with a clear plastic dome, ziplock bag, or plastic wrap to lock in humidity. Place it in a warm, bright area (75°F to 85°F / 24°C to 29°C) out of direct sunlight.
